Operations Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricades, bike racks, tables, signage, and equipment placement
• Support backstage operational needs and assist with seating layouts or premium area configurations
• Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor venue conditions during events and respond to operational or weather-related needs
• Assist with post-show resets and maintain equipment organization and storage areas
• Perform venue maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, patching, or replacing lights as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest, crew, and artist needs are met
• Interact positively with guests and provide customer service assistance when necessary

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction effectively
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor
