Operations Coordinator - Women's Basketball

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and logistics for the women's basketball program
• Manage team travel, including transportation, lodging, meals, and equipment compliance
• Oversee all video operations and provide IT support for basketball software (Synergy, Game Breaker, Fast Draw, Fast Scout, Dragonfly)
• Manage expense reconciliations, procurement, and operational budgets
• Contribute to daily practice sessions and assist with individual player development
• Organize team calendars, practice schedules, and shoot-around times
• Coordinate communications with alumni, family, and friends, including monthly newsletters
• Supervise student managers and serve as a liaison between coaching staff and athletic administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Up to 2 years of related experience in athletic operations
• A background in basketball is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basketball-specific software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize assignments
• Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as required
