About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all members and departments
  • Handle member requests via telephone and email
  • Mediate disputes between members in accordance with the operation manual
  • Assist members in arranging overspill vehicles and couriers
  • Perform varied administrative duties and raise company Purchase Orders
  • Resolve operational problems such as mis-routes promptly
  • Manage shift handovers between day and night operations
  • Update the hub information board and adhere to Health and Safety policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-level administrative role
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
