About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all members and departments
- Handle member requests via telephone and email
- Mediate disputes between members in accordance with the operation manual
- Assist members in arranging overspill vehicles and couriers
- Perform varied administrative duties and raise company Purchase Orders
- Resolve operational problems such as mis-routes promptly
- Manage shift handovers between day and night operations
- Update the hub information board and adhere to Health and Safety policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-level administrative role
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
