About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in visitors following school security protocols
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to deliver requested supplies
- Monitor and restock office and teacher work room supplies
- Assist with digital filing and organizing important documents
- Support daily attendance processes and monitor scholar attendance scan-in systems
- Manage inventory levels and respond to teacher supply requests
- Troubleshoot basic scholar Chromebook issues
- Conduct routine facility checks to ensure clean and safe environments
- Provide support during arrival and dismissal to manage foot traffic and record tardies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of professional experience in administrative or support roles preferred
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
- Ability to navigate stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
