About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan routes and workloads for various technical teams
- Coordinate operational activities for home inspection projects
- Supervise electricians, plumbers, gas inspectors, and maintenance technicians
- Control productivity, quality, and deadline compliance
- Manage incidents and provide operational support to field teams
- Coordinate directly with clients and report project status
- Monitor documentation, procedures, and quality/safety standards
- Propose organizational improvements and resource optimization
Requirements
- Previous experience in coordinating operational teams or managing technical services
- Strong organizational and work planning skills
- Problem-solving, dynamic, and results-oriented profile
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in office tools and operational management
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electricity, plumbing, gas, or technical maintenance sectors
- Knowledge of route management and field team planning
- Experience in direct client management and project follow-up
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously
