Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project scope to deliver safe and efficient operations within the Dampier work zones
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on inventory management systems and processes
• Coordinate material requests and points of enquiry from various stakeholders
• Establish documentation filing processes and ensure team compliance
• Analyse, report, and correct material discrepancies
• Proactively communicate within the supply chain to meet customer requirements
• Ensure compliance regarding quarantine, dangerous goods storage, handling, and transportation
• Monitor, report, and rectify inbound/outbound Chain of Responsibility (CoR) non-conformance events
• Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and contribute to procedure development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar operations or coordination role
• Proven experience with inventory management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Car)
• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Chain of Responsibility (CoR) qualification
• Dangerous Goods Awareness and qualification in transport of DG by Road, Air & Sea
• Load Restraint Training

Preferred Qualifications

• Reachstacker License
• Certificate III or IV in Warehouse Operations
• Dogman License
