Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the regular freight traffic team and supervise daily operations.
• Manage and verify the assignment of trucks and trailers to operators.
• Monitor unit maintenance and provide hourly location reports for the fleet.
• Provide customer service and manage accident response, including on-site assistance if necessary.
• Prepare and manage diesel vouchers.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in logistics and trip assignment.
• Experience managing diesel vouchers and travel documentation for operators.
• Ability to monitor fleet maintenance and unit locations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Strong oral communication skills.
