Monster Energy is a high-energy brand looking for risk-takers and trailblazers to join our brand-new location in Mt. Pocono, PA. We are building something from the ground up and looking for driven individuals to join our powerhouse team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files
  • Manage travel calendars, hotel bookings, and other travel-related tasks
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Evaluate current procedures to develop and implement improved practices
  • Liaise with various departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Support field teams with travel arrangements, invoice processing, and expense management
  • Manage CAT contracts, internal POS requests, and inventory for Collegiate Marketing

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of CONCUR, SAP, Conga, and Click Up
