Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, PODs, and financial data accurately within required timeframes
• Deliver weekly accruals and payroll information to support head office reporting
• Provide accurate data for financial reporting, customer billing, and employee payments
• Schedule containers and trucks to support operational requirements and delivery performance
• Coordinate fleet scheduling and arrange maintenance for site vehicles and equipment
• Maintain training compliance through the Learning Portal and escalate non-compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced administration role
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Experience scheduling transport movements, including containers and trucks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to transport operations or fleet scheduling environments
• Knowledge of SAP and transport administration functions is desirable
