Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of current processes, standardize workflows, and document SOPs
• Act as the bridge between Crisp strategies and firm-wide execution
• Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and career pathways for staff
• Lead the selection and implementation of case management infrastructure
• Identify and introduce AI tools to optimize workflows and train staff
• Coordinate marketing efforts and assess ROI
• Build data systems to generate regular performance reports for leadership

Requirements

• Proven operations leadership experience in a small professional services setting
• Experience implementing case management systems and operational software
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications
• Strong ability to manage team dynamics and drive accountability
• Experience managing marketing operations is a plus
• Understanding of CRISP methodologies is beneficial
