About the role
Responsibilities
- Support operational, logistics, and procurement activities across the metrology platform
- Document costs and commitments while maintaining data integrity
- Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage the procurement process, including purchasing, quoting, and invoicing
- Coordinate the pick-up, delivery, and shipment of measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and recommend effective solutions
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Collect, organize, and report data to maintain program status and compliance
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for process improvement
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- U.S. Citizenship required due to client requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high documentation accuracy
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with metrology, calibration services, or technical service environments
- Experience working with ERP systems or purchase order processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing operational data
