Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for drivers to ensure efficient completion of all required documentation and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate driver operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by drivers regarding work assignments, schedules, or operational challenges.
• Liaise with clients to ensure all assigned training requirements and performance metrics are met.
• Provide training and support to drivers and riders on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Implement and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and analyze data to identify improvement trends.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for rider queries during live operations and for client daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or operational role.
• Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Experience working directly with delivery riders or drivers is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in computer software and applications for data analysis and communication.
