Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, evaluate requirements, and forward to relevant executives
• Coordinate security and medical support through the International SOS Assistance Network
• Manage insurance claims for field staff
• Monitor staff movement via Track24, International SOS, and Chubb systems
• Review security status of deployment countries and share alerts
• Provide travel logistics support and pre-deployment security briefings
• Manage project reports, including Monthly Board and Weekly Operations reports
• Monitor and report incidents via Microsoft Forms
• Manage and coordinate operations and HSE statistics
• Review Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Medical Emergency Response Plans (MERP)
• Prepare and manage Crisis Response Team (CRT) activations
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call duty roster
• Coordinate Medevac missions for UAE governmental clients
• Conduct internal audits as part of the QMS Internal Audit plan

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a call centre role
• Experience in assistance services operations centres is an advantage
• Internal Auditor accreditation with LRQA
• Demonstrable customer service and call centre skills
• Ability to remain calm in demanding situations
• Excellent IT skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and new system implementation
• Ability to work in a UAE-based position with occasional 24-hour on-call requirements
