Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Maintain warehouse systems and ensure operational efficiency
• Process returns and complete documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Handle customer pickups and provide front desk assistance
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate special cases to management
• Prepare daily reports, print labels, and perform data entry tasks
• Train and mentor new employees
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Comply with all Health & Safety protocols
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Requirements

• Experience with freight verification and package scanning/sorting
• Proficiency in inventory management and data entry
• Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries and pickups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Commitment to Health & Safety compliance
