Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verifying freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Handle customer pickups and provide front desk assistance
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate special cases to management
• Perform data entry tasks and prepare daily reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Comply with all Health & Safety protocols
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience with package scanning and sorting
• Ability to unload trailers and handle physical tasks
• Strong data entry and documentation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
