About the role
Responsibilities
- Build the framework for end-to-end customer lifecycle management and onboarding programs
- Administer Salesforce records, pipelines, and customer data
- Manage the JIRA ticketing system and monitor customer health
- Oversee technician on-duty schedules to ensure consistent coverage
- Own the billing and invoicing calendar and track vendor payments
- Monitor customer contract terms, renewals, and expiration milestones
- Manage the company's NDA process and data handling agreements
- Build and maintain SOPs and documentation for business practices
- Manage internal team communication channels and file management systems
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to context-switch in a fast-paced startup environment
- Genuine curiosity about AI and GPU infrastructure
- Availability and responsiveness outside of core hours when required
