About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste
- Manage driver payments, purchase orders, and reconciliation processes
- Act as the first point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers, and internal queries
- Handle order placement and other necessary administrative duties to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Basic bookkeeping or payroll knowledge
- Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently
- Ability to remain agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail and a quick learning ability

- Previous experience in the transport or logistics sector
