About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste
- Manage driver payments, purchase orders, and reconciliation processes
- Act as the first point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers, and internal queries
- Handle order placement and other necessary administrative duties
- Ensure optimal planning and coordination of facilities under your control
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic bookkeeping or payroll knowledge/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the Transport or Logistics industry
