Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant job execution
• Coordinate the movement of trucks and manage equipment
• Assist with driver training and onboarding processes
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive safety and operational performance
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager and the wider site team

Requirements

• Valid HR Licence (essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the Transport or Logistics industry
