About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage office phone lines, email accounts, and inventory of supplies
- Maintain organization of shared spaces, including the office and student lounge
- Master Hillel-wide systems including CRM, Ramp, and Coupa
- Organize and implement large-scale events such as Shabbat dinners and festivals
- Book campus spaces and manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, alumni, and campus partners
- Support organizational finances and administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in office administration, university operations, or executive assistantship
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to represent the organization professionally to stakeholders
- Interest in or experience with Jewish communal life
