About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage office phone lines, email accounts, and inventory of supplies
  • Maintain organization of shared spaces, including the office and student lounge
  • Master Hillel-wide systems including CRM, Ramp, and Coupa
  • Organize and implement large-scale events such as Shabbat dinners and festivals
  • Book campus spaces and manage guest lists and RSVPs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, alumni, and campus partners
  • Support organizational finances and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in office administration, university operations, or executive assistantship
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally to stakeholders
  • Interest in or experience with Jewish communal life
