Operations Coordinator

About the Company

BeeX is building the world's most advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs). We specialise in providing autonomous robotics solutions to safeguard underwater infrastructure in the maritime, energy and defence sectors.

Responsibilities

• Apply for and coordinate permits with relevant authorities for all operations
• Assist the Operations Manager in liaising with stakeholders, including project management, workboat suppliers, and port authorities
• Prepare and modify scheduling for the operations team to ensure manpower availability
• Liaise with external parties to arrange training and ensure validity of certifications and medical checkups
• Update operations metrics and maintain records of fleet and equipment readiness
• Escalate operational schedule clashes or discrepancies to the Operations Manager
• Assist in ensuring operational documentation is up to date for ISO audits
• Adhere to the company's safety management system and risk assessments

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime, Business, or Engineering discipline
• 2–3 years of work experience in a related industry
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of maritime, Oil & Gas, or Offshore Wind Farm industries
• Ability to work systematically and independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and able to react quickly to change in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarisation with ROV/AUV operations and technical capabilities
• Completion of safety-related and operational risk management courses
