About the role
Responsibilities
- Place orders accurately with various vendors across multiple platforms
- Manage vendor communications to track lead times and monitor material arrival dates
- Review order acknowledgements to verify accuracy and communicate discrepancies
- Act as the primary point of contact for new service requests and customer inquiries
- Facilitate communication between customers, sales teams, and technicians
- Manage documentation for service and install jobs, including technician truck reports and vendor compliance portals
- Handle operational reporting to support department integrity
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based software
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Availability for rotating on-call duties
