Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales force operations and manage personnel.
• Administer, safeguard, and maintain company assets and distribution center facilities.
• Manage warehouse operations, including product loading, returns, and shrinkage (merma).
• Oversee shipping processes and inventory management using PEPS/UEPS methods.
• Coordinate billing for wholesale groups and manage collection documentation (checks, invoices, etc.).
• Manage the vehicle fleet, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Control operational expenses and route documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and shipping processes.
• Experience conducting audits.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of inventory methods (PEPS and UEPS).
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
