Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure all delivery routes have complete crews to properly serve assigned customers
• Manage resources to maximize sales benefits and execution efficiency
• Supervise processes for gifts and bonuses to ensure compliance with internal audit policies
• Monitor logistics efficiency (loading, warehouse service times) and sales effectiveness (product delivery, exchange control, product rotation)
• Oversee staff performance to establish strong work commitments and improve customer service results
• Coordinate with Market Developers to ensure respect for delivery visit sequences and maintain route productivity
• Monitor and manage product loss indices per route, identifying and correcting causes with route personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administrative Informatics or Marketing
• 4 years of experience in sales
• 4 years of experience in sales administration
• Advanced proficiency in Office & Windows
• Advanced knowledge of Market Development
• Advanced knowledge of Sales Service Models (RTM)
• Advanced knowledge of Route Planning and Organization
