Responsibilities
- Lead office expansion by coordinating contractors, landlords, and budgets for new floors and storage
- Manage office logistics including supplies, meeting flow, and visitor support
- Source and coordinate vendors and suppliers for facilities and services
- Assist with SaaS and tools audits to drive efficiency and manage licenses
- Plan and execute company events, including team offsites and holiday parties
- Act as the first point of contact for everyday IT and facilities questions
Requirements
- 2–4 years in operations, workplace coordination, or a similar all-rounder role
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage vendors and budgets
- Hands-on bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting an office build-out or relocation
- Experience in vendor sourcing and negotiation
- Experience in event planning
- Experience helping a startup scale through rapid growth
