Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage full manpower planning, day-to-day project operations, and logistics coordination
• Coordinate the daily dispatch and return of earthmoving equipment based on project requirements
• Maintain and update equipment movement logs, rental schedules, and job status reports
• Liaise with workshop, logistics, and site teams to confirm equipment readiness and availability
• Support the allocation and tracking of operators, drivers, and support staff across various project sites
• Monitor and report fleet availability, utilization, and job completion status
• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions, including transfer records, TPCs, gate passes, and port passes
• Act as a point of contact between the operations team and clients regarding scheduling and site requirements
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports for mobilization and demobilization activities
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling in coordination with the workshop team

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in equipment rental, logistics, or construction
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and equipment deployment procedures
• Familiarity with major brands such as CAT, Komatsu, JCB, or Hitachi
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive requests efficiently
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
