8Fleet is a rapidly growing technology and logistics startup building the operational infrastructure for both non-autonomous and future autonomous rideshare fleets.

Responsibilities

  • Support drivers with troubleshooting, on-road coaching, and performance management
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs with external vendors
  • Manage inventory including keys, vehicle equipment, and supplies
  • Monitor fuel levels and key performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations
  • Optimize routes, scheduling, and logistics to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with vehicle setup
  • Implement process improvements for fleet operations
  • Manage scheduling and time & attendance tracking for supervisors and drivers

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in startups or logistics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work early morning or late night hours

Preferred Qualifications
