Operations Control, Workflow and Automation Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligent automation initiatives by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing digitization strategies within Markets Asset Servicing.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement operational automation strategies using intelligent automation tools and collaborate with technology teams to support low-code infrastructure.
• Utilize automation solutions to drive capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on automation tools and develop training curricula for workflow automation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and deliver benefits through Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data to develop accurate conclusions and understand business risk implications.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Sound knowledge of one or more intelligent automation applications or programming languages.
• Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders across all levels of a business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced skills in business analysis, including design, development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
