Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fill casual nursing shifts in a timely and accurate manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and clients
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to identify placement opportunities
• Engage with newly registered nurses to support conversion into active shift workers
• Respond to inbound client and candidate enquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate candidate availability records and database updates
• Work collaboratively with Recruitment Consultants and After Hours teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, allocations, or sales
• Background in a call centre or fast-paced operational environment
• Strong administrative and booking system proficiency
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a target-driven environment
• Experience within healthcare, nursing, or aged care is highly regarded
