Operations Client Service, Emerging Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure and review all client onboarding requests for Custody and Third party accounts
• Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources during the onboarding process
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for Funds and Clients
• Interact with various internal and external teams to resolve client inquiries and service requests
• Review and answer queries related to trade breaks
• Perform "4-eye" reviews on onboarded accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze problems and evaluate information to reach sound conclusions and facilitate remediation

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related financial program
• Proven experience in client onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of the Prime Broker business
• Proficiency in KYC procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Expertise in MS Office
• Efficient time management and multitasking abilities
