Operations Audit Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality audits for assigned departments including Claims, Customer Service, and Underwriting
• Perform ad hoc and special audits as requested by leadership
• Identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement through audit findings
• Record audit findings within Quality Audit databases and reporting systems
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to leadership regarding departmental performance
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the Quality Audit Program
• Support implementation of audit procedures for new products and services

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in Quality Audit, Operations, Compliance, or a related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
• Experience working with databases and reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
