Operations Associate, VKYC

Responsibilities

• Conduct video KYC (Know Your Customer) calls to verify customer identities securely
• Handle customer interactions with integrity and a customer-first mindset
• Follow specified process guidelines to ensure compliance and security
• Build customer trust through professional and helpful video interactions
• Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
• Leverage internal resources to drive issue resolution and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• 10+2 education is mandatory
• 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to be an active listener and handle objections professionally
• Flexibility to work in a 6-day work week with rotational week-offs

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual skills (spoken and written) in South Indian languages
