Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis of business performance and project management of company-wide initiatives
• Produce and maintain recurring operational and financial reporting, including trackers and dashboards
• Coordinate external service providers such as legal, banking, and SaaS vendors to track deliverables and renewals
• Support onboarding workflows for new vendors, partners, and team members
• Own general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
• Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple internal functions
• Provide office and team support and assist with ad hoc projects as the business scales

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, bookkeeping, or administration
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Comfort with numbers, basic financial workflows (invoices, payments, reconciliations), and solid spreadsheet skills
• Proactive communication skills for interacting with external providers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work reliably and self-directedly in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or early-stage startups
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional operations (e.g., Cayman, BVI, Panama)
• Multi-lingual capabilities
