Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day backend operations including query resolution, content management, and escalations
• Monitor and manage Customer Service operations and analyze processes for performance improvements
• Manage Level 2/3 escalations by analyzing data and customer history to support the Customer Service team
• Escalate technical or operational issues to Product, Technology, Trading, and Payment teams as required
• Reconcile online payment transactions and monitor success rates from downstream service providers
• Monitor potential fraud activities to mitigate risk in online transactions and escalate issues promptly
• Execute daily and monthly payment reviews and provide operational reports
• Manage website content including banners, comments filtering, and promotion landing pages
• Handle customer queries via Social Media, Web Chat, Email, and Calls

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Strong Excel and Google Spreadsheet skills
• 1+ years of experience in E-commerce or a related online company
• 1+ years of experience in Level 2 Support or as a Payment/Tech specialist
• Ability to work night shifts (23:00 - 07:00)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry
• A strong interest in sports
