Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and merge orders accurately to meet location standards
• Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products
• Maintain a clean and safe designated work area
• Adhere to all company policies, department training guidelines, and safety procedures
• Perform various warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventorying

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts in a non-climate controlled facility
• Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance
• Proficiency in basic math computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to use desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
• Flexibility to work the weekend shift (Friday – Monday)
