Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support operational efforts to achieve store goals and maintain seamless procedures
• Track, receive, and process inbound inventory shipments and omni-channel orders
• Complete shipment processing including receiving, hanging, steaming, and tagging
• Execute visual merchandising tasks and maintain sales floor replenishment
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms and assist with purchases
• Contribute to loss prevention and maintain a clean, organized back of house

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment
• Experience in retail or operationally intensive businesses
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, and digital technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
