Operations Associate - Partnership

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B accounts, leads, invoices, and billing cycles
• Coordinate partnership and marketing activities across internal and external teams
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues within agreed timelines
• Assist customers by explaining product benefits and supporting requests
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and maintain smooth account operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in high-growth operations or a similar role
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite startup environment
