Responsibilities

• Monitor general platform activity and user interaction patterns
• Analyze platform and user data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Assist the Trading team by reporting pricing discrepancies and assessing market performance
• Flag and escalate platform bugs, data inconsistencies, and internal system concerns
• Support ad hoc finance and regulatory projects, including policy editing and tax organization
• Storyboard process adjustments to increase efficiency and optimize user experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience preferred (recent graduates encouraged)
• Passion for sports gaming, fantasy sports, or prediction markets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during major sporting events
• Must be able to work in-person in New York City
