Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own patient intake end-to-end, including outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and re-engaging lapsed patients
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, conversion, and show rates
• Manage patient communications by crafting clear, warm, and on-brand scheduling messages and emails
• Support clinician hiring and onboarding by coordinating recruiting logistics and managing candidate communications
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions to improve clinical handoffs

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco (this is an on-site role)
• Obsessive attention to detail to ensure no tasks fall through the cracks
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively without close management
• Strong written communication skills
• A genuine passion for the digital health industry
