About the Company

Meter is building the operational backbone for modern internet infrastructure, evolving it into a utility. We design and deploy enterprise hardware and software to provide seamless, reliable networking for companies like Lyft and Reddit.

Responsibilities

• Process work requests from internal teams accurately and within defined SLAs
• Manage ISP circuit procurement, fulfillment, and basic support
• Create work orders by combining wired and wireless design inputs
• Coordinate equipment ordering and shipping logistics
• Schedule site surveys and installations with field technician partners
• Manage building access requirements including COIs
• Validate field technician work using internal documentation
• Triage queues and prioritize tasks based on urgency

Requirements

• Obsessively detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy
• Proactive problem-solver who exhausts resources before escalating
• Strong communication skills for engaging with ISPs and third parties
• Ability to work in an in-office environment with a structured schedule
• Capacity to handle tasks involving data entry, enrichment, and routing
