Operations Associate, Merchant KYC

Responsibilities

• Validate all Know Your Customer (KYC) documents submitted by offline merchants, including Proof of Business, Identity, Address, Entity, and Financial Identity.
• Verify the authenticity and validity of documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high accuracy and process adherence.
• Identify patterns in submitted documents and flag suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity to management.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases that fall outside defined SOPs to compliance teams.
• Manage validation activities within strict timelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in English reading.
• Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with high integrity.
• High typing precision and the capacity to review multilingual documents.
• Comfort working a 6-day work week with rotational week-offs and rotational day shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
