Responsibilities

• Own conference logistics end-to-end including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and booth coordination
• Help run customer events such as community meetups and executive dinners
• Build and manage a gifting program with marketing and sales
• Document best practices and preferred suppliers for vendors, restaurants, and travel
• Organise team offsites, retreats, and coordinate travel for team onsites
• Help manage the London office and support opening new offices in other cities
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and develop internal playbooks
• Provide light executive assistance to the founders including meeting and travel coordination

Requirements

• Ability to lead projects and support others as needed
• High level of discretion and good judgment for handling confidential information
• Strong enthusiasm for AI and new technology
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
