Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in driver registration, training, and accreditation processes
• Resolve concerns raised by operators and drivers
• Recommend improvements for driver training and operational processes
• Reinforce driver SOPs and the company Code of Ethics
• Collect documents and perform liaison work for LTFRB permit processing in Quezon City
• Collaborate with Driver Operations and DM Teams to maintain a healthy driver base
• Support roadshows and offline events
• Adhere to all company policies, contracts, and agreements

Requirements

• Strong customer service and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Willingness to work onsite in Parañaque City (PITX)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, or ride-sharing environments
• Experience with LTFRB franchise processing or professional liaison work
