Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a highly engaged driver community
• Work closely with market launch teams to develop and optimize driver acquisition processes
• Increase brand awareness by driving the growth of branded vehicles
• Report daily to functional departments in Hong Kong with high integrity
• Align with local teams when executing new initiatives
• Exceed individual and team targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing capacity
• Fluency in English and a minimum C1 level in German
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven track record of driving new processes from planning to completion
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets
• Positive, proactive mindset with strong self-initiative and attention to detail
