About the Company

Known is a well-funded startup building a category-defining, AI-powered dating product designed to help people connect offline in the real world. Backed by a $10M seed round from a top consumer VC in San Francisco, we are preparing for a major consumer launch in 2025.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM strategy by coordinating launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional execution
• Drive partnerships by sourcing and managing relationships with venues, creators, and brand partners
• Coordinate marketing efforts including campaigns, events, and content operations
• Provide recruiting support by building pipelines and coordinating candidate experience
• Manage financial operations including expense management and payment tracking
• Work directly with founders on daily decisions across product, growth, and operations
• Build and improve operational processes to drive efficiency

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-performance environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and take decisive action
• Scrappy, resourceful, and startup-oriented mindset
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
