Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider recruitment including identification, outreach, and onboarding
• Develop and optimize the provider value proposition
• Build provider-side analytics to track activation, churn, and lifetime value
• Design and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels
• Map user journeys to identify drop-off points and drive conversion
• Engage directly with users, coordinators, and community organizations
• Build and maintain analytical models for unit economics and marketplace P&L
• Run structured experiments across supply and demand

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or leading tech companies
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
• First-principles problem-solving skills
• Data-driven decision-making capability with proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL
• High attention to detail and project management expertise
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
