Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact functions including information security, legal coordination, and procurement
• Manage recruiting operations and support the onboarding of new hires to facilitate rapid team expansion
• Drive internal product quality and evaluations to ensure excellence in LLM-powered workflows
• Design, launch, and scale foundational processes and infrastructure to support company growth
• Partner with the Chief of Staff, commercial teams, and engineers to build streamlined compliance systems

Requirements

• At least 18 months of consulting experience or 2+ years of business operations experience in a startup environment
• Highly organized and meticulous with the ability to independently manage diverse projects
• Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks based on business impact
• Active interest in AI and LLMs, including curiosity about model behavior and AI applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional work ethic with a bias toward action and operational excellence
