Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
• Follow opening and closing procedures for assigned work area
• Maintain all location equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Escalate issues, concerns, or feedback to the on-duty supervisor
• Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency
• Support the retail store including transactions, inventory, and cleanliness if applicable
• Assist with special projects as required

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Self-starter mentality with sharp attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 25 lbs
