Operations Associate II

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
• Service and maintain customer equipment, such as coffee station setups
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment
• Provide general assistance to the operations team as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
• Strong mechanical aptitude (previous electronic, plumbing, or electrical experience is a plus)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job, including lifting up to 50lbs
