About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers
- Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
- Service and maintain customer equipment
- Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment
- Install machines at customer locations
- Provide general assistance to the operations team as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma preferred
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
- Strong mechanical aptitude (previous electronic, plumbing, or electrical experience is a plus)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to handle a demanding job, including lifting up to 50lbs
